Group therapy is often a very successful way to deal with psychological difficulties. The experience of not being alone in what one is struggling with and feeling understood is valuable for one's further development.
Our groups are aimed at everyday life and life as a student. Many group participants find it enlightening to meet others with relatable experiences from student life.

Practical information
Group therapy is a useful tool for various reasons, and one of them is that the sessions happen weekly. The number of weeks one commits to varies, but the most common is 5 -10 sessions. Sessions last between 1.5 - 3 hours.
The number of participants also varies, but usually, it's between 8 to 12 participants.
Conversations in the groups are in Norwegian.
Sessions can consist of teaching, discussions, exercises, and sharing experiences. You decide what you want to share 😊.
For several of the groups, the group leaders invite you to a non-committal preliminary meeting. In the preliminary meeting, you can ask questions and find out if this is the right offer for you.
