A fun and effective workout on a stand-up paddleboard. This session challenges both balance and strength, providing a comprehensive workout for your overall fitness. It's advisable to wear swim shorts and a t-shirt/singlet.
Yoga on a stand-up paddleboard! We blend different yoga techniques on a SUP board, catering to participants of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
On Sundays from 10.00 to 12.00, you can bring your children for free play and swimming. One adult can bring up to 3 children, all under the age of 15.
Safety: The adult must be in the water with the child at all times, regardless of the child's swimming ability.
Price: 40 NOK per child.
Drop-in: 90 NOK per adult
TIP: Due to other activities, family swimming may occasionally be canceled, so please check the schedule for pool availability.
