Svømmeklubben
The Swim Club is open to memberswith an activecoursecertificate, allowingparticipants to practiceindependently in designatedlanes. The activitycosts NOK 100 for students, NOK 150 for others and is free for members. See thetimetable for availableSwim Club times.
Family Swimming
Family swimmingtakesplaceeverySunday, withthreelanesreserved for families wanting to swimwiththeirchildren. A maximumofthreechildren per adult is allowed, and one adult must be a member to participate in thisactivity.
Personal Swim Coaches
We offer personal swimcoaches for thoseseekingindividualattention and tailored training. Our coacheswillhelpyoudevelopyourswimming skills effectively and withclear goals. Checkpricing and contactus for moreinformation.
Registration for swimming courses opens two weeks before the courses start. The registration link will be available in early January and early August.

Each semester, we offer openswimmingcourseswithattractive student discounts. Whetheryouwant to learnhow to swim, improveyourtechnique, let yourchildlearnhow to swim, or train for a marathon, we have courses for all skill levels. EasySwim Levels 1–4
Swimmingschool for children aged 5 to 7 years
The swimming school consists off our levels spread over four semesters. Children who complete all levels and pass the final test, will receive the international EasySwim diploma.
The EasySwim method is a fun, effective, and safe way to learn how to swim. It takes place in deep water, using the EasySwim floatation vest with an instructor in the water. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. The principles of training with the vest in deep water include:

Crawl 1
Ready to take your swimming skills to the next level? In Crawl 1, you'll learn the fundamentals of an efficient freestyle technique. This course is perfect for those looking to improve their water confidence, arm strokes, kicks, turns, breathing, and body position. The goal is to develop endurance and increase enjoyment while refining techniques to make swimming more effective and comfortable. Participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters to join. By the end of the course, you'll be well on your way to mastering freestyle.
Crawl 2
In Crawl 2, we take freestyle to the next level. This course is designed for those who can already swim at least 50 meters crawl and want to perfect their technique. We will focus on specific elements like the "catch," pull, and relaxed arm movement, as well as technical details such as side breathing and precise turns. Through drills and technical refinement, we aim to enhance your endurance and efficiency, making your swimming even more streamlined and effective. This course is ideal for those aiming to elevate their freestyle technique.
Swimming Lessons for Adults
For adults who cannot swim
This course teaches basic swimming skills and techniques, including arm strokes and kicks. You will also learn to swim on your front and back, handle deeper water, and practice diving. The goal is simply to learn to swim in a safe and supportive environment with patient instructors.
Swimming technique for adults
In this course, we work on improving your freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke skills. The focus is on key technical aspects such as body control, breathing, kicks, and turns, helping you become a more efficient and confident swimmer. The course also aims to increase endurance and enhance swimming ability over longer distances. Participants must be able to swim at least 25 meters. The goal is to provide the tools necessary to develop both technique and stamina in the water. This course is perfect for adults looking to become more comfortable in the water and enhance their swimming skills.
