Guidelines

This is how we do it at Trene Sammen

Join us and create an inclusive training environment

As a student welfare organization, we always want the best for our members. We want an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and taken care of. Therefore, we have guidelines for well-being at our gyms that we expect our members to respect and follow.
Show respect
All our members are expected to be considerate and courteous to each other. This includes not acting in a way that is offensive, disruptive or discriminatory towards other members at our gyms.

Everyone who works with us should experience a safe and respectful working environment. This applies regardless of the situation, and we expect all members to treat our employees with courtesy and respect.

Harassment, threatening behaviour, discrimination or other unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. In the event of a breach of this, we reserve the right to terminate memberships.

We greatly appreciate all members who contribute to a positive and respectful tone. Together we create a better environment for everyone.
Hygiene and neatness
We expect members to contribute to keeping the center clean and tidy and to use clean indoor shoes. Remember to put equipment back in its proper place after use and to clean up after yourself, so it's clean for the next person. Clean cloths or paper towels and spray bottles are available at all our centers.
Dress Code
At Sammen, we focus on the joy of exercise for everyone and want to facilitate an environment where everyone feels comfortable. Therefore, workout clothes should primarily cover the stomach, back, and buttocks. Exercising in just a sports bra or bare upper body is not allowed.
Access Control
To access our gyms, you must bring your phone (or member chip if you are using the old access control system). Misuse of this, such as sneaking into the gym or opening the gates for other people, will result in a fine of 1000 NOK and cancellation of membership. If you forget your phone/chip, you will receive a warning, however, you will still be allowed to the gym. Three warnings will result in an administrative fee of 60 NOK.
Doping
Trene Sammen is a Clean Center, and we have zero tolerance for doping. We conduct random tests in collaboration with Anti-Doping Norway regularly. A positive doping test or refusal to take a doping test will result in suspension. This contributes to a safer environment for our members.
Mobile phones and photos
Show consideration when using the mobile phone and camera. It is not permitted to film or take pictures of your own training in such a way that other members are included in the background. Pictures or films from changing rooms are not allowed.
Violation leads to exclusion from the gym.
When publishing on the internet and social media, you need the consent of those who are in the picture or film before it is published.
Press photos and images/videos for commercial use (e.g. promoting a product) must be clarified in advance with our communications department.
Together we can make Trene Sammen a better, more inclusive and safer training center for everyone.
Training with children/babies
Due to varying child-safe conditions, there are slightly different rules at each center for bringing strollers.
