Memberships are managed through Direct Debit (AvtaleGiro), automatically settling invoices on due dates. Please set this up immediately upon registration.

Bookings for group classes open 48 hours prior to the start time. If you need to cancel, do so at least two hours before the class to avoid a “no-show” mark. Accumulating more than three “no-shows” within 180 days will suspend your online booking privileges, which can be reinstated by paying 60 NOK at the reception.

Remember to register your attendance at least five minutes before the class starts.

It is important to us that everyone feels welcome and well taken care of at our centers. Therefore, we have some guidelines to help create a positive and healthy training environment. This includes rules regarding doping, behavior, attire, and cleanliness.

To access our gym facilities, please remember to bring your membership chip. Forgotten chip will result in a mark in the system, but entry will still be granted. Three marks result in a 60 NOK administrative fee.

Misuse of the training chip, such as lending it out or sneaking in others, will lead to a 1000 NOK fee and membership cancellation.

As a Trene Sammen member, you have access to various courses and training groups, including climbing, pole dance, running groups, swimming groups, and Sunday hikes. We also provide personal trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and a test lab.
