Guide to Booking a Stand Location

Contact arealforvaltning@hvl.no to book a stand location at one of the University College campuses in Førde, Sogndal, Bergen, Stord, or Haugesund.

The Student Centre is a gathering point for students in Bergen. Every day, hundreds of students visit to use the café, gym, bookstore, health services, and classrooms. This is a great place to set up a stand if you want to meet students in Bergen.

Book a stand location at NHH by sending an email to booking@nhh.no or submitting a request form on their website. When submitting the form, select ‘Other’. In the ‘About the event’ section, state that the purpose is to set up a stand.
