Online self-help is a free tool for those with mild to moderate symptoms of common mental health issues.
We want everyone struggling to get help as early as possible. Self-help is a good place to start if you're unsure whether what you're struggling with requires contact with the health service or not.
You decide when and how much time you want to set aside to work on yourself. Like all change work, self-help also requires an effort over time to experience improvements. Self-help is also used to get the most out of the treatments we offer.
