Student
- 1 hour NOK 800,-
- 4 hours NOK 3,040,- (NOK 760,- per hour)
- 12 hours NOK 8,640,- (NOK 720,- per hour)
- 24 hours NOK 16,320,- (NOK 680,- per hour)
- 48 hours NOK 3,072,- (640,- per hour)
If you do not have a training membership with Trene Sammen, drop-in will cost extra.
When purchasing:
When purchasing 1 or 4 hours, you pay directly at the checkout. 12 sessions are paid over 4 months, 24 sessions over 6 months, and 48 sessions over 10 months. The first payment is made when you purchase the package

Group PT
Group PT together with someone, get a 30% discount.
Personal Swim Training
Adults and children can improve their swimming technique or learn to swim with personal guidance in the pool from qualified trainers.

Group Discount
If you want to have swimming lessons together with others, you get a 30% discount.
Discounts for Children
- Sibling discount: Siblings get a 20% discount per child on all swimming courses.
Group Discount Children:
- 10 hours NOK 3,100,- (NOK 310,- per hour)
- 20 hours NOK 4,200,- (NOK 210,- per hour)
*Prices apply to swimming courses for 3-9 children.
