Short-term rentals
Stay with us for shorter periods when you have internships or attendance-based studies.
We offer short-term rentals for students ranging from 1 to 8 weeks. In some locations (Haugesund up to 10 weeks), shorter/longer rental periods may be possible based on availability.
The possibilities for short-term rental is normally only available during spring semester, as we do not have vacancy during fall semester.
You don't need to apply for housing in the regular way if you want short-term rental. You send a request for short-term rental through our contact form. To receive a rental agreement, you need to have registered as a profile on our housing portal.
To secure your stay with us, you must pay in advance. All prices include electricity, internet, and a bed. Other services will vary.

1 - 2 weeks: 4000 NOK
3 - 4 weeks: 6500 NOK
5 - 6 weeks: 8800 NOK
7 - 8 weeks: 10500 NOK
If canceled less than 48 hours before the rental period starts, half the amount will be invoiced, if you do not show up, the full amount will be charged.
Cleaning
Final cleaning after moving out is included in the price.
Equipment
The accommodation is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. You need to bring your own equipment such as duvet/pillow, bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils.

Cleaning
You must clean the room yourself upon moving out. We are happy to lend you equipment for this. Remember to clean thoroughly to avoid any fees.

Cleaning
Renting from 1-7 days includes room cleaning. For longer stays tenants are responsable for cleaning the room upon moving out. We are happy to lend you equipment for this. Remember to clean thoroughly to avoid any fees.
