Do you need a new lease from the 1st of August?
Most rental agreements at Sammen Housing expire on July 31st. If you still want to live with us, you can get a new agreement for the academic year if you:
- are up to date with your rent payments including the month of March.
- can document paid semester fee for the spring semester with a copy or photo of your student ID.
We will send an email in mid-March with information on how to proceed to get a new agreement. Remember to check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
What do you need to know before signing a new agreement?
- The new agreement is valid from the 1st of August to the 31st of July.
- The binding period and termination rules will be the same as in your current agreement.
- We recommend that you read through the entire contract so that you know what you are signing.
