You will find the storage room in Magnus Barfotsgate 27, on the 2nd floor. You use tag for access.

The homes in Sverres gate are only furnished with wardrobes.

Your main garbage shaft is located at Rosenbergsgaten 4. You have two reserve shafts if the main shaft is out of order, they are at Sverresgate 35 and Rosenbergsgaten 16. Access with BIR tag. See BIR's webpage to find out where you can throw other things.

Unfortunately, we do not offer parking at our housing in the city centre.

Bicycle
Bicycles can be parked in the back yard. Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

You can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. You can find the laundry in the back yard you share with Magnus Barfotsgate 27.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network.
