We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

The apartment contains wardrobes and appliances but is otherwise unfurnished.

You can throw your garbage and paper by the entrance in Øyjordsveien and larger cardboard packaging by the parking.

At Hatleberg you can sort and dispose residual waste, cardboard/paper, plastic packaging, glass/metal packaging and food waste in the garbage shafts outside the G-block.

Food waste must only be disposed of in dedicated paper bags that are available for free at the grocery store.

Remember that plastic packaging must be clean and dry and that only packaging and not other plastic can be recycled.

You can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. The laundry can be found at the entrance.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

Car
At Hatleberg we have some parking spaces for those who live with us. If you want parking, you can apply via the contact form. Select Housing -> Rental Agreement -> Parking. Remember that the parking agreement for your car has to be renewed every semester. If you park your car and do not have an agreement or are parked incorrectly, you will unfortunately be fined by Aimo Park.

Bicycle
Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

Everyone in Øyjordsveien has access to the storage room in the basement. Use your room key for access.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network, and there is also free wireless internet in several of our common areas.

👉You must take a digital fire safety course before you can access the internet.

At Hatleberg, in block C, there is a large common area with table tennis, pool table and foosball. There are group rooms and seating areas. In the basement there is also a TV room. In the G block there is a common room with TV, table tennis and foosball.

All residents in Øyjordsveien have access to the common room and the reading room in the C block and the commonroom in block G at Hatleberg. Use the tag to gain access, it can be collected from the Sammen information desk.

There is a reading room by the common area in C block at Hatleberg.

TU (the Tenants Union) works to ensure that the students have as much fun as possible while living at Øyjordsveien. They organize gatherings where everyone who lives there is welcome to participate.
