Mailbox
You can find the mail boxes in the post house on the corner of the S block, and you use your house key to open it.

All the apartments in Nattland studentby have their own private storage in the basement. You open the basement with your house key, but you have to buy your own padlock to lock your stall 🔓

The B basement
Used by apartments A1-D26, and S137-T147.

The G basement
Used by apartments G39-N92.

In the G-basement there is also a shared storage room that can be opened with your house key. There you will find garden tools and other practical common items.

The P basement
Used by apartments E27-F38 and N93-S136.

The apartments in Nattland studentby are furnished with a wardrobe, dishwasher, stove and fridge with freezer, otherwise you are free to furnish as you wish🛋️

👉There are arrangements for a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.

You can throw your garbage in the garbage house.

Paper, glass and metal
There are separate containers for paper, glass and metal outside the garbage house and in the car park at Oppigard kindergarten. These can be unlocked using your house key.

As a resident with us, you will be given priority for a kindergarten at Sammen Barnehage. And if you have children in our kindergartens, you will be given priority for student housing.

At Nattland we have three kindergartens in the immediate vicinity: Bortigard, Nerigard and Oppigard kindergartens.

Car
In Nattland studentby we have parking spaces for those who live with us. If you want parking, you can apply via the contact form. Select Housing -> Rental Agreement -> Parking. Remember that the parking agreement for your car has to be renewed every semester. If you park your car and do not have an agreement or are parked incorrectly, you will unfortunately be fined by Aimo Park.

Bicycle
We have bicycle parking in the B or L basement, which can be opened with your house key. You can also park your bicycle outside your own home.

Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

All the homes at Nattland have arrangements for a washing machine in the bathroom, but you can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. The laundry can be found in the basement of the L block.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network, and there is also free wireless internet in several of our common areas.

👉You must take a digital fire safety course before you can access the internet.

Nattland has a cozy common house called "Regnbuen" (the Rainbow). TU organizes various events here, in addition to the fact that you can borrow the premises for, for example, children's birthday parties.

TU (the tenants union) works to ensure that the students have as much social life as possible while living in Nattland. They organize gatherings where everyone who lives there is welcome to participate.
