We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

The homes in Harald Hårfagres gate are furnished with a bed (frame mattress 90x200), desk with chair and wardrobe. In addition, most of the dormitories contain a sink with a mirror. Otherwise, you are free to furnish as you wish🛋️

👉PS: You will also find a fridge with freezer, dining table and chairs in your common kitchen.

Garbage bins are placed at the entrance for residual waste. See BIR's website to find out where you can throw other things.

You can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. The laundry can be found in the basement of the building, entrance at street level.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

The laundry has automatic detergent dosing with both regular detergent and wool detergent. If you prefer not to use our detergent, you can deselect detergent under “program settings” on the machine and place your own detergent directly in the machine together with your clothes. In the settings menu, you can also adjust the temperature, spin speed, and more. Our machines do not dispense fabric softener, so you will need to add that yourself if you want to use it.

Unfortunately, we do not offer parking at our housing in the city centre.

Bicycle Bicycles can be parked in the basement. Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

The storage rooms for 1st - 4th floor can be found in the basement, for residents on the 5th floor the stalls are in the attic. You use the room key for access.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network.
