The mail boxes can be found on the first floor of each of the buildings, and you use your house key as a post key.

We have a fixed price for electricity, which includes both your own consumption and everything that is shared. You will receive the electricity bill together with the rent from Sammen.

The homes at Grønneviksøren are furnished with wardrobes and white goods, otherwise you are free to furnish as you wish🛋️

👉PS: You will also find a dining table and chairs in your shared kitchen.

Garbage is sorted and thrown into separate shafts in the backyard.

Cardboard and paper

Larger cardboard boxes must be thrown into containers on the north side of the buildings at Møllendalsveien 52 A. ​

You can wash clothes at our laundry for an additional cost. In Grønneviksøren, you will find the laundry in Møllendalsveien 52, on the ground floor.

You use the app "appWash" to pay, choose a machine, select a washing program and report errors.

HC parking At Grønneviksøren, we only have HC parking. Send an email to drift@sammen.no if you need this.

Bicycle There is bicycle parking in all buildings except F; G and C. Use a tag for access. Bicycles must be marked with a valid sticker which can be collected from your service centre. The sticker is valid for one year at a time and must be renewed every year, this is to have control over which bicycles are left behind and which bicycles are in use. Unmarked bikes will be removed.

There are limited shelves in the commom storage room at Hatleberg, but register your interest via our contact form.

Internet is free in all our residences. You have your own Telia router and your own network, and there is also free wireless internet in several of our common areas.

Naustet is the residents of Grønneviksøren's social common house. The house is open to everyone during opening hours and cannot be booked. Naustet consists of:

In the large common house, the Naustet, the hosts have the main responsibility. They do closing rounds every evening and make sure the house is tidy and quiet.

The hosts also organize social events in Naustet such as parties, football nights, etc.
